Just a reminder that all middle school students (6th through 8th grade) who will participate in middle school sports during the 2010-2011 school year must have a current sports physical on file in Mrs. Gale's office.  If you have not done so, please have your child's doctor complete the attached physical form and return to school asap.  If forms are not returned, your child will not be able to compete.
