Breana Moore is the school counselor as well as the middle school latin teacher at St. Joseph Catholic School. She is an Alum of St. Joseph Catholic Schools and graduated from Marshall University with a BA in Psychology and an MA in School Counseling. She began her career at St. Joseph in 2007 as a Pre-school teacher. In 2009, she became the Counselor and since that time, has been in the classrooms teaching both Latin and Religion. Mrs. Moore stated, "My focus is helping the students realize the potential within each of them and guide them to healthy and happy futures. My favorite part of my job is being able to meet and work with the students in different ways, whether it is classroom guidance, individual sessions, or just greeting them throughout the day". She and her husband, Patrick are blessed to have a wonderful family with two beautiful little girls. She also loves to care for all God's creatures as her family has rescued and adopted seven dogs . She is grateful for all the support she has in her life, and that her girls will grow up with the same wonderful education and tradition that she did at St. Joseph Catholic School.
